The Ondulando neighborhood is located in the Ventura foothills, overlooking lemon and avocado groves, secluded from the rest of Ventura. It is a quiet area, set against the backdrop of the Ventura foothills, and residents have views of the Conejo Grade and the Pacific Ocean. The Ondulando neighborhood was developed in the 1960s as an upscale family area comprising of winding streets and panoramic views. The neighborhood feels secluded and exclusive, but is just minutes away from schools, shopping and Ventura's attractions.

The neighborhood, on the average, is more affluent than the rest of Ventura. The Ondulando Club, dating to the 1950s, has a membership mostly from the neighborhood, but others are welcome to join. Neighborhood residents pay a one-time initiation fee and a small monthly fee. The club has tennis courts, volleyball courts and a swimming pool. The population is just over 1400 residents and 91% are home-owners. Although dating from the 1960s, many of the homes have been updated or remodeled There are a variety of properties including single story ranch homes and two story homes, most with large lots. Most homes for sale in this community have 3-5 bedrooms and range in size from 1800 to 3000 SqFt.
