Majorino purchases a local Thousand Oaks real estate company(established 1959) to begin development of new company


Company becomes a Franchisee of Prudential California Realty, growing from only 17 to more than 90 associates

June 30th

Berkshire Hathaway opens 1,000th office nationwide within the first year of the brand launch

September 23rd

Kickoff national consumer sweepstakes, offering $50,000 in partnership with HGTV and the popular show Fixer Upper


The beautiful waterfront Seabridge Marina office is added to the chain in the Channel Islands area
