Raised in a " real estate " family in Riverside, California, Marguerite Violassi graduated from California State University, Northridge. Beginning her career as a CPA working for the nation ' s prestigious Real Estate Accounting and Consulting Firm, Kenneth Leventhal & Co., she then gave way to her creative passion and founded, owned and managed a boutique B&B for hobby enthusiasts . Positioning the B&B in a retreat-like spa setting, Marguerite carved out a niche service that sent clients reeling in delight over gourmet food, spa services, and room appointments that stimulated and satisfied the senses time after time. This endeavor landed her on the pages of Entrepreneur Magazine and Scrapbook Answers Magazine.
Recognizing her innate ability to connect with people and build trusting relationships, Marguerite launched her real estate sales career and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Group. Standing on the shoulders of her father, Marguerite brings integrity, honesty, trust and human-to-human relatability into every transaction.
A Conejo Valley resident since 1990, Marguerite is a passionate member of the community and enjoys hiking, country dancing, painting and the arts, and showing people the best of what Camarillo to Westlake have to offer.
