Hi! I'm Sue Randolph, how can I help you?
There's no place on earth quite like the Conejo Valley, with it's near perfect weather and close proximity to all that nature offers, whether you love the mountains, the ocean, or the desert. On the other hand, if you love the city, we're a short drive to L.A. or Santa Barbara. Owning property here is one of the great privileges in life and I feel fortunate to be able to call Thousand Oaks my home. I would love to show you around and I'm convinced you will love it too and will want to plant roots of your own here. When to buy? Where to buy? How can I really make sure I'm getting a good deal? I can help you answer all these important questions. Give me a call today and let's get started!

What makes the Conejo Valley so unique, and where exactly is that anyway?
The Conejo Valley is a beautiful suburban enclave about 40 miles north west of Los Angeles that encompasses both L.A. and Ventura Counties. It consists of picturesque hills dotted with Oak trees, bordered by the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. If you don't know the area you're sure to catch a glimpse of it in many TV shows and movies. It's home to Biotech great Amgen, most recently, the Los Angeles Rams, along with great schools, parks, golf courses, and hiking and biking trails. The Communities are Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park, with Simi Valley and Moorpark nestled alongside, east of Hwy 101.
I'm a Southern California girl, born and raised. After college I worked in the hotel and airline industry, and have spent my career helping people and tending to their needs. All paths have led me home, where I enjoy waking up everyday in my home town and helping others realize the dream of living here.
As a Realtor, my clients know they can count on me night and day with any detail big or small. They know they can always reach me and that I will always have their best interests at heart. My customer service background has taught me, people first; results will follow,
When I'm not selling real estate, I'm out enjoying our beautiful parks, hiking, hanging out with my family, or enjoying a good meal and a glass of wine with friends.
